What is included in the booking price?
The reservation includes:
- house with terrace
- barbecue area with grill, skewers, kindling and firewood
- fire pit area
- set of towels, slippers, cosmetics in the shower, hairdryer, bathrobes (when booking a hot tub)
- bed linen
- use of a projector with Netflix and Megogo subscription, Marshall speaker
- uninterrupted gigabit internet
- tea, coffee, spices
- basic first aid kit
- insect repellents (sprays and plates)
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:30.
Early check-in / late check-out can be provided if there is a free date before / after you, the cost is 30% of the cost of the day.
Can I change the booking date?
Yes, you can change your arrival date if you contact us no later than 7 days before your arrival date.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation:
- if you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full;
- if you cancel less than 7 days, but more than 3 days - 50% of the deposit will be refunded;
- if you cancel less than 2 days - we will not be able to refund the money.

Can I bring pets?
